Banmark Oy Ab and Hämeen Öljykeskus Oy, also called as Oil Center, have agreed to join their forces with a merge, agreed on the 13th November 2019. Oil Center will continue as a independent daughter company, providing their solutions and products to several industries. Together both Banmark and Oil Center, are able to serve the mutual customers better. Banmark organization wants to welcome the new co-workers to the Group.
