Orat Oy and Banmark Oy Ab have finalized the merge process. The agreement was signed on the 26th of November 2019. The merge is part of the Banmark’s growth strategy and will strengthen Banmark’s position in the food industry market. The merge enables Orat to develop it’s business and sales further. Together Orat and Banmark are a stronger player in the market. Orat Oy will continue as a independent daughter company with it’s well know and professional organization.
